ABOUT

My very first watch at the age of 5 was a mechanical Seiko 5 Automatic. Some years later my beloved Seiko did stop running, and at the age of 12 I decided to try my best with a repair. Unfortunately, after the surgery on the automatic movement some parts ended up as left-overs, and the watch remained silent.
Despite that bumpy start, "virus of horology" infected me. Around 200 watches, and a complete watchmakers atelier were added to my passion since then.
To write for the “UHREN-MAGAZIN”, "Chronos" and my personal watch blog, www.Watchthusiast.de, is pleasure and passion.

And let's be honest: Whet else suits a man, other than a good wristwatch?
