ABOUT

From a very early age I was drawn to my father's and his whole generation's admiration and dependence on mechanical watches.
While I work as a local prosecutor I have closely followed, occasionally written and participated as a past judge in the GPHG.
I was fortunate enough to be asked by Gisbert Brunner himself, a most highly respected expert collector and writer on the subject to Join the Watchstars Jury. Frankly, it is an honor for me.

When I was very young about 7 or 8 my father purchased my first mechanical wrist watch (not as nice as my father's 1950 Omega Seamaster) but a real watch of my own. I think it was the most wonderful Christmas gift of my life and forever attached me for sentimental and personal reasons to all fine watch making.
