ABOUT

I was born in Hungary however I traveled and lived in many countries on 2 continents before settling in Karlsruhe, Germany earlier this year.

I’ve been interested in watches from an early age but the hobby really took off in late 2007 when I purchased my first Swiss Made watch and joined a few watch forums. I was a member there for years and at one point even moderated a vintage Omega forum as well. At this stage I was still only a consumer of watch sites, blogs and online magazines.

2014 was a significant year in my life. I was turning 30 and felt that I could do a bit more than reading these sources. So I reached out to Robert-Jan who was expanding the team and joined Fratello Watches in late July of last year. I’ve been a writer for Fratello Watches for over 1.5 years now and I have to say it has been the single most interesting experience I’ve had in my semi-professional life. We are a very cool bunch of individuals and have a pretty laid back yet professional way of dealing with things. My preference when it comes to watches is definitely vintage but I’m also interested in nicely made leather straps and other fine accessories.

I am proud and honored to be a member of 2015 Watchstars Jury and to be included among this great group of people from all over the watch world. I am looking forward to the voting.
